01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.goldengaterealty.in (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. "We", "us" and "GoldenGate Realty" mean GoldenGate Realty LLP.

02Our Role as Property Advisor

GoldenGate Realty LLP is an independent real estate advisory and channel-partner firm. We are not the developer, promoter, builder, landowner or seller of any project shown on the Website. We provide information, advice, site-visit coordination and transaction assistance.

Any booking, allotment, agreement, payment or handover is made directly between you and the developer or seller, under their own terms. We are not a party to those contracts and are not responsible for the developer's obligations, delivery timelines, quality or approvals.

03Project Information & Images

Project names, locations, specifications, layouts, amenities, prices and availability shown on the Website are collected from developer communication and public sources. They are indicative, may change without notice, and may not be current or complete.

Images are artistic impressions, renderings or representative photographs. They may not depict the actual site, unit, view or final product, and are shown for illustration only.

• Nothing on the Website is an offer, invitation to offer, advertisement for sale or contract.
• Prices shown as "Price on request" must be confirmed with us and the developer.
• Always verify approvals, RERA registration and legal title independently before paying any money.

04Trademarks, Logos & Third-Party Content

All project names, developer names, logos, trademarks and images displayed on the Website (including DLF, Emaar, M3M, Sobha, Oberoi, Max, Adani, Reliance, Signature Global, Puri, AIPL, Experion and others) are the property of their respective owners.

They are used only to identify the projects we advise on, on a descriptive and informational basis. Their use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation by the owners unless expressly stated. We claim no ownership of such material.

Removal requests: if you are a rights holder and want any content removed, corrected or credited, write to info@goldengaterealty.in. We will review and act on genuine requests promptly, normally within 3 working days.

05No Guarantee or Investment Advice

Real estate investment carries risk. Any reference to appreciation, rental yield, returns, location advantage or future development is a general opinion, not an assurance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Our advice is general in nature. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making a decision and rely on your own judgement.

06Brokerage & Fees

Brokerage, service charges or channel-partner arrangements, if any, are communicated before you proceed, in writing where applicable. Unless agreed in writing, no fee is payable merely for browsing the Website or sending an enquiry. Do not make payments to any person claiming to represent us except through channels confirmed in writing by us.

07Consent to Be Contacted

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise us and our representatives to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email regarding your enquiry, relevant projects, offers and site visits. This applies even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@goldengaterealty.in.

08Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false or misleading information, attempting unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, scraping or copying content for commercial use without permission, or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.

09Intellectual Property

Content created by us (text, layout, design and our own logo) is the property of GoldenGate Realty LLP. Our name and logo may not be used without written permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners as described above.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldenGate Realty LLP, its partners, employees and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, reliance on information shown on it, or any act, omission or default of a developer, seller or other third party.

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11Third-Party Links & Services

The Website may link to or embed third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Fonts, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldenGate Realty LLP from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve concerns amicably.

14Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will carry a new "last updated" date, and continued use means acceptance.
